Thato Mandela, also known as Wicker is a former South African soldier and member of New Overwatch.
Biography
Thato had a good life until the Omnics destroyed his home town of Alexander Bay in South Africa. He was the only survivor. While he survived in the ruins by befriending the crows, he discovered a way to change the levels of fear and hope in any being. He crafted this technique into a set of two spears, known as his Hofu, or Terror. He made a shield for himself, named Matumaini, or Hope. Thato also gave this power to his pet crow, whom he named Kifo, or Death. He eventually ventured out into the world after meeting Yui Kinsoe, and now serves in a reformation of Overwatch.
